Strategic Account Business Analyst

The Strategic Account Business Analyst will be responsible for working with the global account team to define and implement tools and processes to manage account KPI's.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensures that account teams are trained and familiar with the tools and processes required to accurately report on agreed metrics
• Define key process required to support account management working cross functionally with functions such as contact center, logistics, sales and division
• Participate and contribute to the development of a customer playbook for strategic accounts
• Data quality management for account reporting accuracy
• Support Oracle based data updates to ensure account team has access to most recent data.
• Admin support for SharePoint and Power BI applications.
• Global backup for maintaining data and account team reports
