About the Role: The Supervisor, Non-Clinical plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating non-clinical operations within a healthcare services environment to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. This position is responsible for managing administrative staff, optimizing workflow processes, and supporting clinical teams by maintaining a well-organized and compliant operational framework. The role requires a strategic approach to problem-solving and resource management to enhance patient experience indirectly through effective support services. The Supervisor will also ensure adherence to regulatory standards and organizational policies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
