The Product Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in advancing the growth and success of our innovative health care solutions. As a key member of the Marketing and Communications, Product, and Consulting teams, this position will be responsible for defining and executing marketing strategies that deeply resonate with our target audiences and accelerate solution adoption. This role will bridge strategic vision and execution, ensuring our offerings are positioned effectively in the market while driving measurable impact for our partners and communities.

Education:

BA/BS in Marketing, Business or Communications/Public Relations.

Equivalent combination of education and/or work experience in related field may be substituted.

5 years of proven experience in product marketing, preferably within the B2B or healthcare technology space within public sector markets.

Job Duties:

  • Develop and Execute Go-to-Market Strategies: Craft comprehensive marketing plans for new product launches and feature releases, encompassing positioning, messaging, target audience identification, and channel strategy.
  • Drive Lead Generation and Demand Generation Strategies: Execute lead and demand generation activities, including building target client lists, launching targeted campaigns, optimizing stages of the funnel by testing messaging, channels, and tactics to increase and accellerate movement through the funnel.
  • Deeply Understand Our Market and Customers: Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights gathering to inform product strategy and marketing initiatives. Immerse yourself in understanding our diverse customer base and their "Jobs-To-Be-Done" through research, interviews, and data analysis.

  • Strategic Product Marketing Acumen: A strong understanding of product marketing principles, go-to-market strategies, direct response marketing, lead and demand generation, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Content Creation Expertise: A proven ability to develop and oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content across various formats.
