Description SENIOR ANALYST, PAID MEDIA Our Garden Segment Atlanta Office is hiring a strategic, curious, and proactive Senior Analyst to join our Paid Media team. This newly created role is ideal for someone who thrives on hands-on campaign management, creative testing, and delivering impactful performance insights. This hybrid Atlanta office position will manage and optimize media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok, help shape creative strategies, and play a key role in reporting and operational improvement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage platforms daily, including campaign setup, configuration, budget input & pacing; leverage platform knowledge to drive campaign performance improvement through identifying optimization opportunities
- Monitor, interpret, and act on campaign KPIs with a performance-first mindset
- Maintain current expertise on evolving ad tech and platform best practices
- Collaborate with brand and creative teams to build assets and copy tailored to branding, tactic and audience for each campaign launch
- Evaluate asset performance to identify high-performing copy, surface insights, and propose new concepts that drive ongoing creative experimentation and inform future strategy; lead ad refresh cycles with testing plans rooted in marketing fundamentals; analyze results on a weekly basis and package into reports
- Create monthly presentations summarizing paid media performance and present to the marketing team, highlighting wins and opportunities for improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in paid media workflows and propose solutions; implement tools or processes to improve campaign execution, reporting, and collaboration
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives and special projects
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong marketing instincts and the ability to spot winning creative; solid understanding of key advertising metrics and optimization tactics
- Clear communicator to simplify complexity for non-technical stakeholders; comfortable presenting and speaking in cross-functional settings
- High attention to detail, self-starter attitude, and proactive problem solver
- Fluent in use of AI LLMs and regularly leverages for efficiency, augment abilities, and quickly learns new skills with a pulse on the latest in paid media, trends, tools, and community knowledge
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or relevant job experience
- 2-3 years of hands-on paid media experience in-platform (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
