Job Summary
A Recruiter is needed for a full-time, staff opportunity REMOTELY with Yoh, reporting to the BostonBranch Manager. The Recruiter is under the directionof the account manager and senior recruiters, develops practical recruiting techniques to source and screen talent to fill immediate openings as well as pipeline for future opportunities. The Recruiter will seek guidance and be given direction to learn the business, develop sourcing and recruiting skills, and grow within the role to become a Grow with Yoh Subject Matter Expert (SME). The Recruiter will work towards fulfilling both individual performance goals as well as contributing to the overall success of the business center. This position is a career path progression from a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist or can be a Yoh Certified Recruiter. Responsibilities
