The Incentive Compensation Operations Analyst is responsible for executing and optimizing the formulaic incentive calculation processes across multiple business lines at BOK Financial. This role works closely with the Incentive Compensation Manager and lines of business to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient incentive payouts. The analyst will write SQL queries, test application functionality, document operational workflows, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the incentive compensation team. Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field of study and 8+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Incentive compensation administration and experience applying Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements preferred.
