As we scale, we're looking for a Marketing Specialist who can combine creative thinking with digital execution, supporting the full marketing funnel-from brand awareness to sales enablement-with smart, data-driven strategies. Position Overview
As a Marketing Specialist, you'll help execute digital marketing initiatives, manage CRM workflows, support content development, and drive campaign performance. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, RevOps, and outsourced marketing resources to build brand visibility, attract qualified leads, and support the sales cycle through strategic and creative content, automation, and analytics. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
Assist in developing and executing full-funnel marketing strategies aligned with customer lifecycle stages (LLL) to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Design and optimize SEO, GEO, and AEO strategies to boost organic traffic and online visibility.
Manage content calendars and execute email, social media, and digital campaigns to support product promotions and brand awareness.
CRM & Marketing Automation
Support CRM and marketing automation efforts in platforms like HubSpot, including building workflows, managing lists, forms, sequences, and campaigns.
Build and refine workflow automations to streamline lead nurturing and improve marketing-to-sales alignment.
Collaborate with sales and RevOps teams to ensure clean, actionable CRM data that drives pipeline growth and velocity.
Content & Creative Strategy
Help create and implement content strategies that resonate with our target audience-from industrial buyers to logistics teams-across multiple channels.
Leverage AI tools to assist in content creation, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
Create or coordinate the development of sales enablement tools such as brochures, presentations, product one-pagers, and case studies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal sales and customer service teams to ensure marketing aligns with customer needs and sales goals.
Coordinate projects and communications with external vendors, freelancers, and agency partners when needed.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a digital or B2B marketing role, preferably in packaging, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics.
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
Working knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and content development.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable using or learning AI tools to streamline content and campaign work.
Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, or basic HTML is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
