As Shipping and Delivery Leader you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of project shipments to ensure alignment with business objectives. You'll collaborate closely with warehouse operations, planning, and commercial teams to drive seamless packaging and delivery of projects. This role also manages intercompany orders across multiple time zones, ensuring timely fulfillment that meets customer expectations.

As a Shipping and Delivery Leader, you will:

• Generate delivery order numbers and transfer order numbers across various project business lines
• Troubleshoot SAP delivery and transfer order issues to ensure smooth processing
• Verify that all project orders include the necessary documentation and have resolved any credit blocks prior to shipment
• Collaborate with colleagues and business units to gather, analyze, and interpret logistics-related data
• Assist the logistics shipping department as needed to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Analyze gaps between project processes and shipping operations to enhance efficiency and alignment
• Ensure all project orders are properly crated, secured, and accompanied by the required paperwork before being handed off to the shipping department
• ASSOCO order management: shipments and PGI

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field and 3+ years' experience
• Experience in order management, Order fulfillment, inventory optimization and supply chain processes
• Intermediate knowledge of SAP and MRP functionality
• Ability to work with and influence stakeholders preferred
• Strategic thinking with tactical execution with a sense of urgency preferred
• Proven experience in materials planning, logistics, or supply chain coordination. Strong organizational and communication skills preferred
