- Ensure comprehensive marketing & communications alignment in harmony with LDI's mission and values.
- Craft and refine messaging, brand positioning, and value propositions that resonate with our target audience, including employment value proposition messaging, emphasizing sustainability and social responsibility.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy, ensuring consistent and impactful communication with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain the brand voice across digital and social media platforms.
- Manage LDI's internal communication channels, including intranet, newsletters, digital signage and printed materials. Collaborate with executive and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
- Lead communications, cultural and brand campaigns, to bolster brand awareness and support acquisitions.
- Lead the digitization of brand and communications materials, including website design and various digital marketing communications initiatives.
- Partner with leaders across the company to manage company-wide community relations strategy and activities to foster positive relationships with local communities.
- Manage public relations efforts and crisis communications to safeguard and enhance the company's reputation. Serve as the media relations primary spokesperson.
- Manage and allocate the marketing, communications and community relations budget with HR operations.
- Lead the development of messaging, brand positioning, and value propositions that resonate with our target customers and reflect our commitment to sustainability and social responsibility. Conduct voice of the customer research.
- Create centralized resource center for presentations, customer requests, sales tools and customer insights.
- Creation of annual reports including an ESG report.
- Other duties, as assigned.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing or communications with a track record of success in a leadership role.
- Ability to think strategically, resolve problems and handle multiple concurrent tasks independently.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong innovation skillset to develop new and creative ways to connect with our audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.
- Proven ability to manage a functional budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience creating messaging, graphics, videos and other communications assets for both traditional and online communication vehicles including social media, broadcast and print.
- Proficient is MS Office suite, AI communications tools, and graphic and video editing software.
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Experience in the Packaging industry, or related Manufacturing industry.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in community relations and communications, including public relations and crisis communications.
- Experience developing and executing marketing strategies that reflect ESG considerations and build value propositions for large organizations.
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and KPIs.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The starting base salary range for this position is $134,155 - $167,694 per year. The compensation posted is the anticipated pay for the position at the time of the posting. We may pay above or below posted amount based on several factors, including, but not limited to education and/or certifications, skills, experience, or work location. Some positions may qualify for additional compensation in the form of bonuses.
