Injection Molding Technician

Staffmark is looking for an Injection Molding Technician in Rogers, AR! Join our team to set up, troubleshoot, and maintain plastic injection molding equipment. Use your skills in tooling, programming, and automation to ensure quality production and prevent defects.

Pay: $19/hour base + $1/hour shift differential

Shift: 3rd Shift | Monday Night - Saturday Morning | 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and troubleshoot injection molding machines and robotic systems
• Implement new molding processes and manage tooling setups
• Identify and resolve molding defects
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on molds
• Organize and maintain molds, tools, and equipment
• Document technical findings and maintain clear communication with the team
• Follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout
• Operate machines from 80 to 500 tons and perform shutdowns when needed
• Maintain assigned tools and equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in plastic injection molding, setup, and maintenance
• Basic tooling programming and robotics troubleshooting skills
• Experience with mold preventative maintenance
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving
• Forklift license required
• Able to lift 50 lbs, work overhead, and stand for long periods
• Good communication, organization, and project management skills
• Comfortable with changing priorities and independent work
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and technical writing
• Committed to safety and PPE use
