Hours & Pay

Shift: Night Shift | Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Training: Must be available for 1-3 weeks of training on the 1st shift.

Pay Rate: $16.00/hr base + 10% night shift differential = $17.60/hr

Employment Type: 90-day temp-to-hire

What You'll Do

As a CNC Machine Operator, you'll work hands-on with machines to produce precision parts while learning advanced techniques under the guidance of experienced team leaders. Daily responsibilities include:

• Learning and applying industrial math, print reading, and machining theory.
• Operating CNC machines, lathes, and milling equipment within assigned departments.
• Loading raw materials and unloading finished products.
• Performing basic deburring and quality checks on products.
• Following operation sequences and adhering to safety standards.
• Collaborating with team leaders and co-workers to ensure efficient production.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2-4 years of manufacturing or machining experience.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
