JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS The Sexual Assault Forensic Examination Telehealth (SAFE-T) Center at Penn State's Ross and Carol Nese College of Nursing seeks a part-time Administrative Assistant to support research, education, and outreach initiatives focused on improving forensic nursing care for survivors of sexual violence. Job Duties
The SAFE-T Center at Penn State, and it's corresponding sexual assault forensic telehealth program (SAFE-T System), seeks to enhance specialty sexual assault forensic exam care in rural and underserved communities. Our nurse-led program is based out of the Ross and Carol Nese College of Nursing and housed at University Park, PA. We began in 2016 with a US Department of Justice Office of Victims of Crime grant and have since grown and expanded the program beyond Pennsylvania. We seek talented, hard-working individuals to join our mission-driven team in making a difference in forensic nursing care. The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
