We are looking for aProduction Trainer to join our Group and play a key role in developing and guiding our workforce. By training, coaching, and mentoring employees, you will help strengthen our production teams, enhance safety and quality standards, and ensure long-term growth for both individuals and the organization.

You will provide hands-on training, reinforce production standards, and help shape the skills of our workforce to ensure operational excellence.

Which tasks will you perform?

You will:

  • Deliver hands-on training in production processes, including assembly, troubleshooting, repair, and flowmeter functionality.
  • Conduct visual inspections, process checks, and document audits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Provide clear instruction and guidance on core work instructions, documentation, and TWI methodology.
  • Support employees in developing computer and SAP skills to track tasks, maintain records, and follow process documentation.
  • Identify process compliance issues, communicate them effectively, and train employees on corrective actions.
  • Work closely with production and support teams to analyze issues, recommend improvements, and reinforce change management practices.
  • Proactively impart knowledge to colleagues, sharing best practices and advanced troubleshooting techniques.
  • Promote safe work habits by embedding safety principles and practices into all training activities.
  • Use strong interpersonal skills to coach, mentor, and motivate employees, ensuring both technical growth and professional development.

What do we expect from you?

You:

  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. Show attention to detail and the ability to enforce quality standards.
  • Possess computer skills for documenting and tracking training records.
  • Have experience in production processes, assembly, and troubleshooting.
  • Exhibit patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for helping others succeed.
  • Promote safety and demonstrate commitment to Lean and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) practices.
  • Display behavioral competencies such as self-management, willingness to change, courage, networking, and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • Are motivated to grow - progression to higher levels of the role requires mastery of production processes, advanced troubleshooting skills, and the ability to share knowledge across teams.
  • High School Diploma or GED
