Who we are looking for:

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with strong time management, organization, a good work ethic, and flexibility to support our Team Members, delivering outstanding service. This professional will partner with our Recruiting team to assist our Hiring Managers through the talent selection process and will bring enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a Servant Heart to our team of top-tier Talent Acquisition Professionals.

What you'll do:

• You'll develop and drive deep relationships with prospective Candidates and Hiring Managers.
• You will proactively manage candidate inflow, screen candidates for fit, partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers in overcoming objections, and provide an excellent overall experience for our clients and candidates.
• You will keep in constant communication with your hiring managers to keep them updated on your searches.
• You will identify and isolate top talent through cold calling, professional social media, Team Member referrals, our current CRM and Networking.
• Partner with internal Team Members/Departments throughout the onboarding process including HR, IT, Legal and Compliance.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

What you'll need to be successful:

Success in this job relies on your excellent time management skills, organization, and positive attitude, in addition, you will need to following qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting required
• Experience working in applicant tracking systems
• Demonstrated experience in successful cold calling is a must
• Knowledge of compensation packages, including base salary, incentives and performance bonuses
• Demonstrated CRM database proficiency
• Excellent customer service skills are a must
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong written and oral communication skills are a must
• Demonstrated experience building deep, long-lasting client relationships is a must
• Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed
• An entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to make a high volume of sales calls, texts, and emails.
