Roles & Responsibilities Verify counts on all deliveries for outbound shipping. Work with the Transportation department on orders being picked up by Freight Forwarders. Pack all multi-handling unit orders in SAP via HUPAST. Scan all tote manifests received from Pre-pack & Vault in work center tracking based on destination and priority. Execute VAS packing instructions based on customer & delivery notes. Pack all deliveries, including Parts and Service orders. Deliver & load cartons for all carrier pickups at EOB. Assist International Shipping Operations with packing as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to support workflow efficiency. Support brand execution requirements including advertising, promotions, and urgent shipments. Participate in cross-training across other shipping functions to ensure operational flexibility. Performance Report daily productivity to management on assigned logs. Meet and maintain departmental KPIs including accuracy, packing rates, and turnaround times. Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance packing speed, reduce damages, and ensure order accuracy. Teamwork & Collaboration Communicate effectively with Shipping Clerks, Supervisors, and Transportation staff to ensure smooth outbound flow. Collaborate with colleagues in Pre-pack, Vault, and International Shipping to prioritize workload and rush orders. Provide backup support across shipping functions during peak season or absences. Requirements Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar position in a Distribution/warehouse setting Effective English communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent organization, time management and follow-up skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task Position requires bending and squatting, as well as pushing, pulling and lifting to 50 pounds Position requires prolonged standing and/or sitting Ability to work extra hours, including evenings and weekends The hourly rate for this position is $17.50.
