Position Overview:
CSG is seeking a highly skilled Site Lead with Cyber Operations/Signature Management expertise to support a mission-critical Department of Defense (DoD) customer. This individual will serve as the on-site supervisor and primary interface between contract personnel, government leadership, and corporate management. The Site Lead will oversee day-to-day operations, personnel management, and the successful execution of contract requirements in a dynamic cyber enterprise environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support all aspects of Cyber/Signature Management (SM) activities involving the planning and execution of operations
- Receive taskings directly from the Government Site Lead (GSL) and coordinate/manage contractor operations, personnel, and activities for 5-10+ employees
- Work with proprietary databases; serve as approving authority for Contractor SOPs; create and/or modify SOPs; and coordinate with Government to distribute taskings
- Manage multiple projects, financial resources, equipment, services, and team vehicles
- Coordinate off-site activities
- Advise leadership on emerging technologies, vulnerabilities, and regulatory changes, and propose solutions to address emerging issues in data security
- Provide substantive input to component commands/units in planning and submitting CYBER/SM plans
- Apply critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to create, refine, communicate, and brief operational solutions for approval at the GO/SES level
- Provide subject matter expertise during training events, conferences, working groups, and organizational meetings
- Advise senior leadership on issues affecting CYBER SM programs via mission briefs and formal staffing memorandums
- Provide and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the customer and CSG leadership on a weekly basis
- Maintain required records/documentation, respond to requests for input, and prepare research papers
Qualifications:
Required:
- U.S. citizenship is required. Sponsorship for employment-based visas (e.g., H-1B, OPT, Green Card) is not available
- Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and Counterintelligence Polygraph (CI Poly)
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Operations, or related field
- Minimum eight (8) years of professional work experience
- At least four (4) years of Cyber or Tradecraft experience
- Operational experience within DoD Cyber enterprise, the Inter-agency, or the Intelligence Community
- Experience as a Cyber Operator (17 series MOS/25D MOS) or equivalent in other military services, government agencies, or the commercial sector; or four (4)+ years as an SM user supporting DoD SM operations (ideal candidate has both)
- Proficiency with proprietary databases and SOP oversight (creation, modification, approval, and coordination with Government for tasking distribution)
- Demonstrated expertise in three (3) major fields: Physical Operations, Technical Operations, and Due Diligence (DD)
- Knowledge of Platform Operations
- Completion of prescribed SM training and qualification courses

Work Environment:
- This is an on-site position
- Occasional short-term CONUS travel may be required
- Some work on weekends/holidays may be required
