Overall Position Summary and Objectives Under this task order, the contractor will independently provide support services to satisfy the overall operational objectives of the Molecular Neurobiology Section (MNS) in the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke. The primary objective is to provide services and deliverables through performance of animal colony maintenance, which includes breeding, weaning, genotyping, recordkeeping, and IP injections. In addition, the contractor will provide services and deliverable through preparing and maintaining primary tissue cultures, performing immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization on frozen tissue sections, and preparing common buffers for lab use.
