MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND 5-WEEK PAID TRAINING IN WASHINGTON DC STARTING NOV 3RD RESPONSIBILITIES 
    
 Have authority to act for the Contractor on a day-to-day basis at worksitesEnsure that officers are in proper uniform prior to performing officer duties on contractPerform supervisory post observation of officers on dutyConduct on-the-spot checks for officer postsInterface with employees and the public in the resolution of problemsMaintain and operate the electronic security management system, and train subordinates to operate the system when requiredIdentify, report, delay or detain persons who violate rules and regulationsConduct internal and external roving foot patrolsDetect and respond to alarms and emergenciesSecure entrances and exits during emergenciesControl keys and lock combinationsCommunicate and remain accessible via two-way radio or company issued cellular phoneUnderstand and comply with all requirements defined within company documents to include Post and General Orders, plans, policies, and proceduresObserve and report all offenses/incidentsProvide first aid, CPR, and assist during emergencies as necessaryMust be able to wear protective body armor as a part of the duty uniformMaintain mandated training requirements in accordance with company guidanceMaintain physical fitness, agility requirements, and weapons qualificationsEnsure safety requirements compliance and safe work practicesSupport safety programs and participate in Quality and Process Improvement programsPerform other duties as assignedRegular, in-person attendance is required
 QUALIFICATIONS 
    
 Armed experience onlyMust possess a BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit with .9mm caliber prior to an interviewMust be 21 years or olderA US citizen with a social security card3 years of Armed security experience within the past five years; [OR] 
 
     
 An associate degree in a related field and at least one year of ARMED experience; [OR]3 years of military or National Guard (active duty or reserve) experience; [OR]Successful completion of a state certified Police Officer's Standard Training (POST) course; [OR]Any reasonable combination of the above within last 5 years and reasonable combination of experience, school, military, or training (equivalent to 3 years)
 
 Must possess a valid, unrestricted automobile driver's licenseMust possess a high school diploma or equivalentMust be able to fluently read, write, and speak EnglishMust be capable of passing a background check, medical and psychological evaluation, Form 306, and weapons qualificationMust be willing to attend our (paid) 7-week training coursePrefer familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word
