Job Responsibilities
- Performs all types of industrial/automotive painting work.
- Prepares various surfaces for painting.
- Paints buildings, structures, and any kind of construction equipment using a brush, spray gun, or other applicators.
- Paints steel structures, cement, drywall, wood surfaces, and all Cianbro Equipment from start to finish.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 5 years of experience in the industrial/ automotive painting trade.
- Considerable knowledge of industrial/automotive applications and appropriate coatings for painting in a shop environment.
- Ability to work on any surface prep and work with all different coatings (epoxy, urethane, enamels, etc.) independently.
- Ability to make minor repairs on equipment and wear full-face respirator/PAPR.
- Ability to utilize Blueprint coating specs and masking.
- Ability to work at extreme heights in various weather conditions.
- Extensive knowledge of safety standards/precautions pertaining to painting and the ability to read and follow MSDS recommendations and requirements.
