Position Title: Line Worker - 3rd Shift Wage: $19.99/hour Shift: 3rd Hours: 10:00pm - 7:00am Join our team in Plover, WI as a Line Worker and be part of a fast-paced production environment where you'll inspect, grade, and handle products to ensure the highest quality. You'll rotate through different positions on the line, support multiple areas of the plant, and play an important role in meeting customer expectations. Line Worker Responsibilities: - Estimate weight of product visually - Verify count, look at, handle product, as required by its nature, to determine grade and identify substandard products - Place rejected products and individual grades of products in designated piles, containers, or areas; add supplemental product in order to bring original product into specifications - Notify Supervisor of any mechanical or material issues - Rotate through various positions on the Appetizer line - Maintain safe and clean work area - Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards and good manufacturing practices Requirements for Line Worker: - Able to regularly lift and/or move up to 35lbs - Able to work in multiple areas of the plant and work in a cool environment (50-55 degrees) - Excellent vision, distant and peripheral, with the ability to identify and distinguish colors, and adjust focus - Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals - Demonstrate reliability and good work ethic, quality work performance, attention to detail and maintain a good working relationship with all other departments. - Quality focused with ability to follow personal and food safety requirements - Outstanding attendance record and team focus to meet and exceed customer expectations wausau@qpsemployment.com IND050 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
