Summary:

The Business Manager is responsible for all accounts receivable, accounts payable, accuracy of monthly Profit and Loss (P&L), Summary reporting, balance sheet account reconciliations, bi-weekly payroll reconciliations, adherence to Grand Oaks business process controls, maintaining resident administration/financial files, oversight of support staff as applicable, and adherence to Grand Oaks policy and procedures.



Minimum Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree or Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred; or extensive experience (5 years) in the accounting field with exposure to accounting services within a senior housing and/or healthcare environment.
  • One (1) year supervisory and management experience which may include recruiting staff, coaching, performance management, responsibility of daily department operations.



Salary Range: Minimum 32.37/hour - Maximum 56.65/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
