HOW YOU WILL IMPACT OUR MISSION San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Manager, Integrated Marketing to support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, while also managing print and creative projects requested by internal departments. This role will play a key part in coordinating timelines, messaging, and deliverables across media, promotions, design, and copy resources to ensure projects are completed on time, on brand, and within budget. The ideal candidate is highly organized, familiar with multi-channel marketing campaigns, and experienced in managing design and copywriting workflows from concept through production.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Assist in the development and implementation of integrated marketing plans for exhibits, seasonal events, programs, and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate campaign deliverables across departments including Media, Social, PR, Promotions, and Creative to ensure aligned messaging and timing.
- Participate in marketing plan development for new products, attractions, and guest engagement programs.
- Help create and compile PowerPoint presentations and marketing decks for internal review and approvals.
- Serve as primary project manager for marketing collateral and creative requests submitted by internal departments (e.g., Guest Services, Education, Membership, Operations).
- Develop project timelines and manage routing of assets between designers, copywriters, printers, and vendors.
- Oversee the production of flyers, signage, brochures, digital assets, and other print/digital deliverables from concept to completion.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR JOB EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years of progressive, relevant consumer-facing marketing including theme park/Destination experience preferred
- Specific experience within an integrated marketing structure preferred
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or other related field preferred
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Ability to think beyond what has been done previously and assist and bring new ideation into the process and execution
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact with, partner and foster cross-functional team relationships across the organizations, Proven ability in cross department collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a large volume of complex work effectively and efficiently while being detailed orientated
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- High energy and strong work ethic.
