Quality Inspector

• Ensure compliance with company policies, GMP, customer requirements, and regulatory standards through accurate documentation, segregation of non-conforming materials, and audit readiness.
• Perform inspections (pre-fill, in-process, and final) using established procedures, tools, and equipment to verify product and documentation acceptability.
• Identify, document, and address non-conformances; stop production when necessary and apply root cause analysis tools to resolve issues.
• Support continuous improvement by reviewing orders, correcting issues, training technicians, and communicating concerns to leadership.
• Maintain cleanliness, quality standards, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction throughout all processes.

• High School completion or equivalent (GED) and a minimum of 3 years of related experience and/or training in a regulated industry is required; OR
• Bachelor's degree is required
• Experience in a Quality Assurance role within the medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry is preferred
