The Role: Our site in Aurora, IL is seeking a Senior Director, Analytical Laboratories to join our team. This position will be responsible for leading theMaterials Solutions Global Analytical R&D Services team.Reporting to the VP of R&D for Materials Solutions, this position willmanage the analytical R&D laboratories worldwide which includes support of new product introductions to the semiconductor industry. This position will also be responsible for leading laboratory activities including developing new analytical methods, establishing best practices in data collection, analysis and quality. This leadership extends to developing analytical roadmaps in support of our NPI needs, supporting ISO9000 &ISO17025 compliance,staff development, and meeting service level requirements for analytical services.
