Position Title: Sr. Director of Strategic Admissions Management Department Name: Office of the Provost Position Reports To: Associate Vice Provost for Academic Affairs and Admissions FLSA STATUS: Exempt / Salaried Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 Benefits: The University's comprehensive benefits program Days & Hours: Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Standard work schedule is 9:00 am to 5:30 PM, may be adjusted. Flexible schedule may require evening and weekend hours during peak periods. BASIC FUNCTION AND SCOPE OF JOB: The Sr. Director of Strategic Admissions Management serves as a strategic partner across Golden Gate University, driving initiatives that support the institution's vision, mission, and enrollment objectives. This role leads a team of professionals focused on student admissions, enrollment goals, and collaboration with Student Success Coaches. The Director works closely with marketing, academic programs, and both domestic and international partnerships to ensure a seamless and effective enrollment experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CRM systems, admissions funnel management, and experience working with diverse student populations, including international (visa-seeking), military-affiliated, and returning students.
