Job DescriptionVisa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting, data analytics, digital marketing and economics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients. The role provides direct administrative support to the Senior Vice President, NA Visa Consulting & Analytics as well as support to other leadership team members. This position handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature and requires a broad working knowledge of departmental and company policies and practices. As an individual contributor, you will focus on execution, solving a range of straightforward and complex problems and analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures, with moderate guidance and supervision. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where your contributions will directly impact the success of a growing business. As a Sr. Executive Assistant, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless communication and organization within the team. The ideal candidate will exhibit a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to proactively manage multiple calendars, organize large team events, and serve as an overall problem solver. Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 104,900.00 to 148,500 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
