Your Tasks
- Expand the sales territory customer base and achieve assigned order targets.
- Manage the entire CRM sales cycle from prospecting to securing deals.
- Identify and provide solution-based packages from TUV SUD's service portfolio, focusing on laboratory-based testing (EMC, RF/Wireless, Product Safety, Cybersecurity).
- Generate quotations and proposals quickly and effectively using the CRM tool.
- Own follow-up activities to convert quotations to orders, ensuring all actions are recorded in the CRM.
- Conduct site visits to meet with engineers developing products requiring evaluation and testing.
- Collaborate with technical experts and operations teams to deliver tailored compliance solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing added value throughout the customer journey.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education preferred.
- Proven track record in testing, certification, and compliance services (EMC, RF/Wireless, Product Safety, Global Market Access).
- Experience or strong understanding of the medical device regulatory process (FDA, EU MDR, and other regulatory bodies).
- Knowledge of medical device project management and design/development processes.
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
- Laboratory-based product testing knowledge within the Test, Inspection and Certification (TIC) industry or experience with product qualification using laboratory-based testing (e.g., IEC 60601, IEC 61010, IEC 62368, IEC 60365, ISO 14708, FCC, EU RED Wireless Standards).
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and perspectives to improve customer experience.
- Good understanding of practical financial issues and business fundamentals, including key profit drivers.
- Competent with Microsoft Office and business tools.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-driven team player with a positive, proactive attitude and adaptability to change.
