Join our dynamic and hands-on Internship Program, designed to provide students and early-career professionals with real-world experience across key areas of our organization. Interns will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain valuable insights into the financial services industry. Below are the internship opportunities available:
 We will be hiring 7 Interns for our next Internship Cohort for January - June 2026!
 
     Banking Operations InternCollaborate with Banking Operations teams to develop performance metrics and scorecards tailored to functional areas. Assist in building interactive Tableau dashboards, attend staff meetings, and help design tracking and reporting methods to monitor operational progress.
 
Contact Center/Member Experience Analyst InternWork with the Business Strategy & Planning team to build dashboards for operational KPIs, write and refine SQL queries, support Python-based automation, and assist with Speech Analytics and sentiment tracking models.
 
 
Marketing Strategist InternConduct research on the use ofArtificial Intelligence in banking and marketing, assess its impact onorganic website trafficanddigital member growth, and evaluate the organization'sAI readiness. Strong research, communication, and digital marketing skills are essential.
 
Payments Modernization & Transformation InternSupport key initiatives incard and dispute modernization, includingcredit card product updates,virtual card issuance discovery, andcontinuous improvement programs. Gain experience indata analysisand transformation strategy within a fast-evolving payments landscape.
 
 
Product Management InternContribute to the product team by conductingmarket and competitor analysis, updating performance reports, and assisting in the development ofnew internal proceduresto support product strategy and innovation.
Wealth Management InternGain exposure to the financial investment industry throughLPL Financial training,on-site administrative team learning, andFinancial Consultant shadowing. Interns may also lead a project focused onreclassifying smaller asset value client accountsinto alternative relationship models within LPL.

    Two Cohorts Each Year:
     Cohort 1:January - JuneCohort 2:July - December Now Accepting ApplicationsforCohort 1 (Starting January 5, 2026)Specific roles and departments will be posted on October 31, 2025Qualified candidates will be contacted for the initial screening beginning November 2025 Final candidate selections will be made by December 5, 2025 What You'll Gain
