Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week
Pay Rate: $15-$16 per hour (based on experience)

About Us:
At National Church Residences - Arbors at Creekside, we provide safe, affordable, and welcoming housing for our residents. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management housekeeping and preparing units for new residents.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning of common areas, hallways, lobbies, laundry rooms, and offices.

• Complete thorough cleaning of vacant units, ensuring they are move-in ready by turnover deadlines.

• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, windows, and flooring as part of unit turns.

• Assist with trash removal and light grounds maintenance.

• Follow all safety procedures and report hazards, damages, or maintenance needs.

• Work independently while maintaining high-quality cleaning standards.

Qualifications:

• Prior housekeeping experience required; property management or multifamily housing preferred.

• Experience in unit turns (deep cleaning vacant apartments).

• Dependable and able to meet deadlines.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
