Kelsey-Seybold Clinic has an excellent opportunity for a psychiatrist to join a growing practice with an already established patient base, with a great growth potential. Freedom to focus on patient care while the business aspect is taken care of by The Clinic. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, compassionate care.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Evaluate, diagnose and treat psychiatry patients as guided by evidence-based care
  • Prescribe medications and/or psychotherapeutic treatments for mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders
  • No overnight or weekend inpatient calls
  • Outpatient only practice with 60 minutes new and 30 minutes follow up appointment schedule
  • Collaborative Care model with access to the primary care provider, specialists, social workers, and therapists within the same network
  • Epic electronic medical record with dedicated behavioral health templates
  • Dedicated supervision time during the week
  • Telemedicine opportunities
  • Flexible schedule opportunities, (4 tens or 4.5 days)
  • Malpractice covered by the employer
  • Salary includes both base pay and productivity

Required Qualifications:



  • Medical Degree (MD, DO)
  • Accredited Residency training
  • Licensed or willing to be licensed in the State of Texas
  • Valid prescriptive license
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible within 3 years of experience
  • Driver's License and access to a reliable transportation



Preferred Qualification:



  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency



Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $214,000 to $382,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
