What to Expect As an Electrical Construction Superintendent, your primary responsibility is to manage and supervise field operations of multiple fast-paced projects at a time and ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule. Be able to manage changes quickly and efficiently. You will be responsible for overall project execution from design to completion.
