Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
* Set the example and be the role model for professionalism and conduct for program staff and students * Provide regular performance feedback, including formal classroom observations, to all faculty as appropriate and be open to coaching from Academic Dean SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: * All program faculty and staff OTHER COMMENTS/REQUIREMENTS The Program Director must have knowledge of the respiratory therapy field and the clinical application of the classroom knowledge. The Program Director must have management and communication skills and the knowledge and ability to judge instructors' competence. The position requires a strong attention to detail and a positive professional attitude. The knowledge and skills of computer applications have become an essential component of performing the duties required of the Program Director.
