This position will be a mobile worker with up to 25% travel. As the Associate Director - Training and Field Execution, you will lead a team of people leaders responsible for executing the strategic vision & plans you develop centered around training, communications, and execution of strategic initiatives in the field for the Value Indirect organization. Value Indirect supports the Total Wireless Exclusive Retail channel as well as the Authorized Retailer channel supporting Simple Mobile and Verizon Prepaid brands. This individual will be required to build the strategic framework of these organizations and drive the functional leaders focused on Training, Communications, and Execution to implement the playbook you've developed. Your organization will be responsible for creating & delivering training, developing resources, drafting & delivering communications, and ensuring front line sales associates deliver a positive overall customer experience in Value Indirect locations. Additionally, this individual will lead the Field Implementation and Execution team, responsible for developing key strategic implementation & execution plans associated with product, service, and promotional launches within Value Indirect. This individual must have a strong cross functional skillset with the ability to partner with HQ and Field teams to align execution and implementation strategies across the Total Wireless, Verizon Prepaid, and Simple Mobile brands. An ideal candidate for this potion will have a strong leadership mindset with the ability to strategically draft the playbook and call the plays. This individual will be responsible for managing resources, prioritization, and creating efficient ways of working across the organization. This is a high impact role with direct influence of Verizon Value Indirect sales results. The optimal candidate will possess knowledge of the prepaid industry, have an understanding of prepaid indirect agent relationships, and have a history of leading training & sales organizations. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $103,000.00 - $198,000.00. The annual salary range for the Colorado location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $113,500.00 - $198,000.00. The annual salary range for the Illinois location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $113,500.00 - $198,000.00. The annual salary range for the New York location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $113,500.00 - $198,000.00. |
