San Pedro Street, Los Angeles, CA 90013 Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm  Status: Full-time/Exempt/Management  Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, 403(b) Retirement plan, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), etc. Openings: 1 Job Description Summary: The Program Manager of Housing Supportive Services Program (HSSP) Administration, in partnership with the Assistant Director of HSSP Administration, Senior Director, and Directors will support the Assistant Director of HSSP Administration with the administrative operations of HSSP including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, new hire training, program data and reporting. HSSP is a specialized program that provides comprehensive and intensive field-based community mental health services designed to meet the unique needs of individuals in Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) who are formerly homeless and have a Severe Mental Illness (SMI) or Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED). The Program Manager will support the Assistant Director of HSSP Administration with the onboarding and training aspect of the HSSP program. The Program Manager will provide administrative and clinical supervision if appropriate to staff, including Clinicians and Clinical Interns. This position is responsible for maintaining the efficiency of operations while fostering teamwork among staff and across departments and programs. Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Housing Supportive Services Program Administration, the Program Manager is responsible for the following: 
     
 In collaboration with the Assistant Director, monitor all administrative aspects of agency's Department of Mental Health (DMH) contracted HSSP and contract, including billing and contract maximization in compliance with contract goals and outcomes in a timely manner.Manage and support the Assistant Director with all aspects of HSSP recruitment and onboarding in collaboration with HSSP Program Directors.Support the Assistant Director with overseeing the new hire training processes of HSSP Clinicians in collaboration with HSSP Program Directors.In partnership with the Assistant Director, oversee and manage staffing needs at various Project-Based Housing Sites and Scattered Site Contracts.Ensure productivity goals and outcomes are achieved, including a minimum of 65% of staff time being in direct service provision across program; including DMH documentation standards and guidelines.Support the coordination of clinical services and activities with outside agencies, partners, and funders; including the coordination of referral processes.Collaborate with Clinical Quality Assurance and Billing Department to ensure compliance of program requirements.In partnership with the Assistant Director, provide individual and team supervision, support, and performance evaluations for all assigned staff.Assist in recruitment, selection, training, supervision, and evaluation of direct service staff.Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure proper staff orientation, training and audit preparedness for all clinical and mental health contracts.Complete required reporting to LA County Department of Mental Health as outlined by contract requirements.Support psychiatry needs such as data collection, client coordination, invoices, and reporting.Support the HSSP Intern Program as needed.Assist in crisis interventions as needed.
 Job Description Qualifications: 
     
 Valid and Active California Board of Behavioral Sciences Registration (AMFT, ASW, APCC).Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy.Minimum of four years of experience in the field of mental health and/or substance addictions.Strong working knowledge of Medi-Cal documentation and requirements.Outstanding clinical review skillsStrong training, project management, and team-building skillsAble to behave with sensitivity, tact, politeness and responsiveness with staff and clientsDetail-oriented with excellent time management, organizational, written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation, and computer skillsKnowledge of trauma-informed services, housing first and harm reduction methodologies.Experience providing administrative and clinical supervisionContract and quality assurance experienceCurrent valid CA Driver's License with good Driver record, personal vehicle, automotive insurance
 Job Description Preferred Qualifications: 
     
 DMH experience, psychiatric crisis assessment & management, valid and active CA BBS Licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) preferred.
