$28-38/hr 1st Shift Muskego, WI Job Category: Manufacturing Job Details: We are looking for a maintenance technician who can fix everything from any and all hydraulic components to electrical components of and on most CNC machines. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive Maintenance: o Perform routine inspections and scheduled maintenance on CNC machines and lathes. o Lubricate, clean, and adjust equipment to minimize downtime. 2. Troubleshooting and Repairs: o Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on machines. o Repair or replace faulty components, including motors, drives, spindles, sensors, and wiring. 3. Calibration and Setup: o Calibrate machines to ensure precision and accuracy. o Assist operators with machine setup and programming when needed. 4. Documentation: o Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and repair reports. o Recommend equipment upgrades or replacements as needed. 5. Safety Compliance: o Follow all safety guidelines and company protocols. o Ensure machines are operated safely after maintenance. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred. * Experience with CNC machinery, lathes, milling machines, or similar equipment. * Basic knowledge of PLCs, electronics, hydraulics, and pneumatics. * Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Skills & Attributes: * Mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge. * Ability to work independently or in a team environment. * Strong communication skills for reporting and collaboration with operators. * Physical ability to lift equipment and access machine components. |
