Overview

The Regional Operations Manager oversees on-site personnel and administrative management of maintenance activities. This role ensures efficient execution, contract compliance, and customer satisfaction while focusing on employee development and retention.

Key Responsibilities



  • Manage profit and loss performance for assigned accounts.
  • Implement and deliver maintenance programs, acting as the senior project manager.
  • Develop local team strategies aligned with business unit goals.
  • Provide regular progress updates to leadership and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct quality control audits and performance reviews.
  • Foster a hands-on management culture by engaging in customer satisfaction initiatives.



Qualifications



  • High School Diploma or GED required; advanced training in building maintenance preferred.
  • 3-5 years of multi-site operations management experience in facility management preferred.
  • Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
  • Valid driver's license and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
