We are seeking a highly organized and proactive administrative Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role provides essential administrative support to our field operations and management staff, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations across domestic and international projects.
job duties and responsibilities
Provide administrative support to field operations team members
Coordination and book travel arrangements (domestic & international)
Assist with visit requests and base access in coordination with Project Managers and Facility Security Officer (FSO)
Ensure accurate and timely completion and approval of timesheets
Prepare and reconcile expense reports
Attend management meetings, take minutes, track action items, and follow up
Schedule meetings and prepare memos, reports, and correspondence
Support special projects assigned by management
Promote AllCom's Core Values of Honesty, Itegrity, Quality and Performance
job knowledge AND skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Excellent time management, organization and communication (both written and oral) skills
Familiarity with Deltek Time & Expenses module (preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Must be resourceful, creative, and deadline-driven
Ability to maintain confidentiality
education/certification/job experience required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 4 years of administrative experience - preferable within the government contracting environment
Must be able to pass pre-employment testing (drug and background)
