Responsibilities
What You'll Do as a Fleet Coordinator
As a Fleet Coordinator at Lewis Services, you'll:
Qualifications
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
- Valid driver's license and eligibility to operate company vehicles
- Minimum 3 years in a fleet or asset-intensive environment
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local compliance regulations
- Intermediate mechanical/technical vehicle knowledge
- Strong English communication skills (oral and written)
- 3+ years of experience with computers or handheld devices
Preferred:
- Experience with construction or utility service vehicles
- Valid CDL license
- Bilingual (Spanish - written and spoken)
Physical Demands
Ability to:
- Sit, stand, walk, reach, and perform repetitive keystrokes regularly
- Occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb stairs, and lift/move up to 25 lbs.
- Travel regularly, including overnight stays via ground or air
Continuously - Sitting, communicating, using computers Frequently - Walking, driving Occasionally - Climbing, lifting, kneeling Rarely - Exposure to hazardous materials Never - Confined spaces
Environmental Conditions:
Regularly - Office environment Occasionally - Outdoor exposure, temperature extremes Rarely - Hazardous materials, air quality issues Never - Confined spaces Comments: PPE required per OSHA and ANSI standards. Travel is a regular part of the role.
