Seasonal CNC Laser Operator - 3rd shift

• Operating lasers to cut metal.
• Complete required machine set up which includes multiple tool and die changes as required by change in model mix.
• Load/unload machine and manufacture programmed parts including the disassembly and assembly of machined parts.
• Utilize required tools (i.e. caliper, micrometers, tape measures, gauges, protractors) to adhere to all quality standards by producing products which align with the print specifications
• Take responsibility for the quality of all parts by inspecting and immediately reporting any problems, discrepancies/or irregularities to the supervisor.
• Completes quality and safety checks, procedures, and documentation.
• Performs operator equipment preventative maintenance as directed.

• Ability to lift 20-50 lbs. occasionally
• Comfortable standing for long periods
• Proficient in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, fractions, decimals), reading and writing
• Blueprint certified with usage of measuring tools, calibers
• Proven mechanical aptitude
