LOCATION: Estrella Mountain

STATUS: Seasonal/ Temporary/ Full-time (40 hrs/wk)

QUALIFICATIONS



  • Must have a HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft software
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Be able to work with the public in a professional, compassionate manner
  • Organized and detailed oriented
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid AZ Driver's License


RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Assist with phone calls and field calls for assistance requests, supply information of times and required documents, schedule appointments as needed
  • Data entry for Seasonal Programs (Angel Tree, TSAAM)
  • Assist with setup of Christmas programs
  • Assist as needed with drop off and/or pick up of toys
  • Assist with Angel Tree Program site management, monitoring tags given and collected
  • Assist with scheduling of volunteers
  • Assist with Christmas distributions
  • Assist in the preparation of a Christmas brief
  • Assist with after-seasonal clean-up & storage


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must have the ability to operate telephone, a desktop or laptop computer, as well as the ability to access and produce information from a computer, and to understand written information.
