Position Overview

We're seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an entry-level role ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others and solving problems. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, or chat messages in a professional and friendly manner
• Assist customers with orders, account information, returns, or general inquiries
• Troubleshoot basic problems and provide clear, effective solutions
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or other departments as needed
• Maintain product and policy knowledge to assist customers effectively

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Patience, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Customer service experience is a plus, but not required - we provide full training!
