Position Overview

We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Hospitality Associate. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to start a career in hospitality. No prior experience required - just a great attitude and willingness to learn!

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally
• Assist with check-in/check-out processes
• Provide information about services, facilities, and local attractions
• Handle basic customer inquiries and resolve minor issues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in front-of-house areas
• Support team members as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
