PURPOSE

Step into a role where your insights and coordination help shape the future of sport-inspired retail. As a Buying Specialist for Factory Outlet Apparel, you'll support the creation and execution of product strategies that elevate the consumer experience and drive performance across our direct-to-consumer channels. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time-fueling growth and innovation across the brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

SEASONAL STRATEGY SUPPORT
Contribute to the development of channel-relevant product assortments that reflect consumer trends and drive sales and profitability.

BUSINESS ANALYSIS AND REPORTING
Deliver weekly performance insights and sales recaps to inform merchandising decisions and identify opportunities for growth.

ORDER MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS
Assist with purchasing functions, article setup, and inventory coordination to ensure seamless execution across all tiers and regions.

PROMOTIONAL PLANNING
Support the identification and implementation of promotional opportunities to maximize sell-through and on-shelf availability.

CROSS FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
Work closely with allocation, planning, visual merchandising, and operations teams to align strategies and meet deadlines.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Advanced Excel proficiency including pivot tables and lookup formulas
• Strong analytical mindset with understanding of retail metrics
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Clear and effective communication across teams and formats
