Janitor - Aramid (1st Shift)
As aJanitoryou will be responsible for keeping the plant neat, clean, and organized. You will maintain facility for both safety and hygiene. Currently there is an opening for aJanitoron1st shift (6:30a - 2:30p. Mon-Friday) Janitor:Starting at $18.18 per hour on1st Shift! ***SIGN ON BONUS*** $1200 FOR THIS ROLE ONLY. $100 EVERY 30 DAYS YOU WORK UNTIL YOU REACH $1200. Key Responsibilities:
- Sweep floor including aisles, around equipment, and under racks on a daily basis.
- Clean equipment when not in use.
- Clean locker rooms and bathrooms including toilets and sinks.
- Fill all toilet paper dispensers, soap dispensers, and towel dispensers as needed.
- Mop locker room and bathroom floors and maintain lunchroom.
- Empty wastebaskets in plant, locker rooms, and bathrooms.
- Run electric sweeper around plant daily.
- Shovel sidewalks and entrances as required in winter.
- Wash windows as needed.
- Paint floors, walls and equipment as needed.

- Perform minor repairs in locker room.
- Help to maintain storerooms and stock them.
- Report needs for major repairs to supervisor as appropriate.
- Assist in maintaining facility grounds.
- Provide the customer with the best value including Cost, Quality, and Delivery by being efficient, productive, and careful.
- Participate in improving our product, processes, equipment, and methods.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Continually looks for ways to improve job efficiency and performance.
- Perform all reasonably related duties as assigned.
- Handle internal and external questions in a prompt professional manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GEDpreferred.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work overtime.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be eligible to work on programs subject to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations).
