Job Summary:

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, in this role you will serve as the main point of contact for existing small and medium customers while also leveraging your understanding of Sealed Air's solutions and business processes to maintain and expand the share of wallet within your assigned customer base. Key responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to:




  • Providing timely responses and follow up to sales / opportunity related customer requests
  • Networking and researching accounts, identifying key players, and understanding critical customer requirements
  • Managing and maintaining accurate leads, opportunities and account information within CRM
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date forecasts; provide sales management with reports on sales activities and projects as requested
  • Pursuing and increasing knowledge of key competitors to ensure that our value proposition is effectively communicated to customers
  • Achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales and engagement targets
  • Managing churn / dormant accounts and executing win-back tactics as needed
  • Partnering with Regional Sales Director, Account Managers, Technical Service and Customer Service to ensure alignment on regional quota and goal alignment



The ideal candidate will have:

  • Education/Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree required (Business degree preferred) or equivalent job experience
    • 2 - 4 years of Inside Sales experience required
    • Knowledge in CRMs (Salesforce or SAP C4C)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint




  • Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Superior listening and communication (written and verbal) skills
    • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to be creative
    • Ability to present complex topics in easy-to-understand way
    • Ability to influence decision-making and negotiate with customers
    • Ability to work across teams and navigate complex environment
    • Demonstrates learning agility
    • Strong business acumen and demonstrated curiosity
    • Goal-focused/deadline-driven/results-oriented
    • Self-starter and very coachable
    • Strong time management, prioritization, and organization skills
    • Excellent relationship building skills
    • Customer Facing role experience highly preferred
    • Intellectually curious, analytical, strong attention to detail, self-motivated
    • Quota-carrying inside sales, account management, negotiating, closing and CRM experience is a plus
