Purpose of the Job


We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Business Operations Support Specialist to join our warehouse operations team. This role serves as a critical bridge between client engagement and warehouse execution, ensuring seamless communication, operational efficiency and exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


This role requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to manage multiple systems and reports and a hands-on approach to inventory verification and order management.


Key Responsibilities


Data Analysis



  • Follow structured daily, weekly and monthly management routines to ensure operational consistency, including reviewing and interpreting reports from multiple systems (including data warehouse server, warehouse management platform and client-facing tech catalogue)
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data across systems
  • Provide data-driven reports to account teams for strategic decision-making
  • Communicate stock discrepancies back to the Client Operations Manager when the Warehouse identifies shortages during the pick process so that a determination can be made on how to proceed


Inventory & Order Reconciliation



  • Reconcile orders across all platforms, to pinpoint errors, delays or inconsistencies and resolve discrepancies
  • Collaborate with support, warehouse and account teams to resolve order-related challenges, including missing or incorrect items.
  • Document findings and corrective actions to improve future processes.
  • Maintain physical access to inventory for hands-on verification and reconciliation
  • Monitor inbound orders and ensure visibility across systems. Use system driven shipping notifications & planned inbound data to manage outbound order adjustments as documented in the SOP
  • Process order cancellations through Korber when required and notify Account/Commerce teams
  • Check order status daily in Korber to confirm all orders are reflected in correct statuses and correct if needed
  • Validation of inventory adjustments with documented approval


Team Collaboration



  • Work closely with account teams to understand specific client needs and ensure stock availability aligns with expectations
  • Partner with support teams to troubleshoot and resolve order-related and inventory issues effectively


  • Act as a liaison between departments to improve data flow and provide clear communication and updates on stock and order issues to internal stakeholders


Process Improvement & Support



  • Continuously refine practices to maintain high data quality standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize discrepancies and optimize workflows.


  • Serve as the first line of contact for operational issues, escalating appropriately.



Knowledge, Skills + Experience



  • 3+ years of product procurement or production management.
  • 3+ years warehouse operations experience preferred.
  • Experience independently managing multiple complex product-type categories.
  • Demonstrated relationship building through client interfacing.
  • Skilled in project management, planning, analysis, and problem solving.
  • Able to work independently while still being a strong team contributor.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel.
  • Demonstrated aptitude in learning new technology for application in a professional environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt across a wide range of business scenarios, including fast-paced environments.
  • Experience excelling within fast-paced, high-energy environments.

The U.S base salary range for this position is $45,000 to $65,000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, education, certifications and work location. This range may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
