The Senior Credit Concurrence Officer partners with the Chief Credit Officer in managing the Credit Administration Division, which provides support and quality control for the holding company's loan portfolio. The SCCO therefore, has a range of responsibilities encompassing preliminary review of potential borrowers, the approval process, and the ongoing follow-up of existing loan relationships. This responsibility involves management of loan risk and loss prevention, regulatory compliance, allowance for loan and lease loss reserve, and field audit. The SCCO is a member of the various loan approval committees, Corporate Credit Policy Committee, and participant in the Executive Asset Quality Committee meetings; provides direction to the Special Assets group. Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting and 15 years of credit administration experience, which includes 8+ years management experience in credit administration, lending, and/or loan review.
