Description Position at Hearth & Home Technologies, LLC Position Details Location: Randolph, VT Starting Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour (depending on experience) Shift Differential: $1.40 per hour Shift Details: 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM (Core Hours) Monday - Friday OT as needed Full Time / Direct Hire HHT Benefits Starting Day 1 Health Care: medical, dental, and vision Paid Time Off: 128 hours (prorated from start date) 10 Paid Holidays 401k with 6% company match Access to Earnings On a Daily Basis Additional Benefits Quarterly Profit Sharing - Eligible after 1 year of service Paid Parental Leave - Eligible after 1 year of service Tuition Reimbursement - Eligible after 6 months of service $10,000 Adoption / Surrogacy Reimbursement - Eligible after 1 year of service Foundry Technician Duties Include Process quality cast iron parts used in the manufacture of fireplaces, stoves, and hearth products Rotate through various duties in the Melt & Mold areas of the foundry Melter DISA operator Autopour operator Sand Lab Required Skills & Abilities Ability to work as part of a team Basic reading & math skills Ability to follow written & visual work instructions Ability to communicate clearly Attention to detail and focus on safety & quality Preferred Skills Experience operating material handling equipment such as: Bobcat, forklift, yard truck, and sweeper Experience operating overhead cranes and hoists to move heavy materials Ability to safely move materials weighing 2 - 10 tons; including molten metal and furnace equipment Work Environment Manufacturing & foundry environment Exposure to heat, heavy materials, and industrial equipment Safety-focused setting requiring adherence to all safety policies & procedures In addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, Health Savings Account, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off and Holidays, and Retirement Benefits).
