Warehouse PKG Receiving - 3

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse PKG Receiving - 3 professional to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is essential in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of incoming packages, supporting our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will uphold high standards in inventory control and shipping logistics.

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments to verify accuracy and quality of goods received.
• Manage the proper sorting and storage of packages according to company protocols and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and logistics teams to organize and prioritize the flow of packages to support timely distribution.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to update inventory records and track packages effectively.
• Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages promptly to the relevant departments for resolution.
• Adhere to all safety standards and company policies during package handling and storage operations.
• Participate in regular audits and inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Assist in training new team members on receiving procedures and best practices to ensure consistent quality and compliance.

To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams are essential. Familiarity with warehouse management software and basic computer skills is required.
