GENERAL PURPOSE Responsible for creating, modifying, and maintaining accurate, on-time CNC programs using current programming software. This role directly supports manufacturing reliability, efficiency, and quality goals across the plant. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Develop, test, and maintain CNC programs that ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards. Partner with Engineering, CAD, and Manufacturing teams to meet production requirements. Identify and recommend process improvements to increase program productivity and quality. Deliver required programs in a timely manner to support manufacturing schedules. Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives. Education/Experience High school diploma or equivalent 3 + years of CNC programming or related manufacturing experience preferred Skills and Abilities Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Ability to read and interpret part drawings. Effective communication skills with cross-functional partners, including Engineering, CAD, and Manufacturing. Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a team environment. Proficient in basic computer skills; familiarity with Pro/Engineering and Pro/NC Advanced preferred. Basic understanding of CNC equipment, processes, and manufacturing practices. Who We Hire?
